AARP Chapter 3915 will meet Wednesday, March 11, at the Northampton Memorial Community Center, 1601 Laubach Ave.

Entertainment will be provided.Those planning to attend are asked to bring baked goods for refreshments. If schools are canceled due to bad weather, there will be no AARP meeting.

The Quota Club of Northampton would like to thank all of the businesses and individuals who generously donated money and time to the group's Christmas projects.

The Little Shoppers Shop for the children who utilize the food bank was a great success. One hundred twenty-seven children were able to pick up gifts for their families and have their photos taken with Santa and Olaf.

The Quota Club was also able to purchase Christmas gifts for 30 children in the school district as well as donate to the school's own gift-giving drive.

The Northampton Area Food Bank will hold its yearly general meeting Tuesday, March 24, in the fellowship hall of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, 1324 Newport Ave.

Dinner will be served 6-7 p.m.; the business meeting will follow.
