Julia A. Nero, 91, of Cementon, died Feb. 3, 2015, in Sacred Heart Senior Living. She was the wife of the late Orlando J. "Ollie" Nero.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Yelensits) Janny.

She worked at Western Electric and JJ&F Manufacturing, and then retired from Cross Country Clothes.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church.

She was a member of the St. Peter & Paul Hungarian Society, Whitehall Women's Club and the Catholic War Veterans ladies auxiliary.

She is survived by a son, Dennis and his wife Debra of Fogelsville; a daughter, Mary Ann of Allentown; two brothers, Stephen Jany and Louis and his wife Rose Jany, all of Northampton; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Julie Ann.
