John R. Leshko, 82, of Whitehall, died Feb. 4, 2015, in Manor Care Health Services, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Veronica H. (Skrapits) Leshko.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late John and Anna (Skurla) Leshko.

He was a Whitehall Township police officer for 25 years until he retired.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Kevin and his wife Marcia of Cape Coral, Fla., and Jeff of North Fort Myers, Fla.; two daughters, Kim and her husband Gerald Badesso of Allentown, and Jan and her husband Aldo Ammendola of North Wales; 10 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
