Alice Jane Cook, 97, formerly of Allentown, died Feb. 4, 2015, at Whitehall Manor. She was the wife of the late William R. Cook.

Born in Akron, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Elsie (Riley) Testa.

She attended the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Allentown.

She is survived by her caregiver and friend, Beverly A. and her husband Jess Kulp of Quakertown; a friend of 42 years, Joanne Warner of Allentown; and a cousin, Henry Testa of Arizona.

She was predeceased by a sister, Carol Cunningham.
