Frank S. Sadrovitz, 91, of Emmaus, died Feb. 16, 2015, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of Josephine W. (Wilfinger) Sadrovitz. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Victor and Angela (Hauser) Sadrovitz.
He worked as a division foreman for Bethlehem Steel for 38-1/2 years, retiring in 1980.
He honorably served his country in the Army during World War II, earning a Purple Heart. He was a member of the Purple Heart Chapter 190, Emmaus VFW Post 7088, Catholic War Vets 1067, American Legion Post 191, Emmaus Veterans Committee, DAV Chapter 16, Emmaus Historical Society and Garden Club, AARP Lower Lehigh Chapter 4150, Lower Milford Township Fire Company, Loyal Order of Moose 1622, Emmaus Flag Day Association and the Emmaus Summer Concert Series.
He is survived by his wife; son, Stephen F. and his wife Donna; daughters, Marie and her husband Carl Lerch, Angela and her husband Barry Fenstermaker, and Nancy and her husband Michael Ellis; stepson, Daniel P. Miller and his wife Nikki; stepdaughter, Linda and her husband Terry Williams; brother, Joseph; many grandchildren and one great-grandson.
