Kenneth A. Kline

Kenneth A. Kline, 92, of Emmaus, died Feb. 10, 2015, at Lehigh Center, Lower Macungie Township. He was the husband of Alice D. (Mohr) Kline. The couple celebrated 67 years of marriage Sept. 6. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Alfred G. and Annie (George) Kline.

He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Emmaus.

He was an Army veteran serving during World War II.

He was a steel cutter for Knoll International, East Greenville, for more than 30 years until retiring.

He served as a volunteer firefighter for the former Emmaus Fire Company #3 for more than 30 years and was an original member of the Hemlock Hunting Club where he remained as a member for 60 years.

He is survived by his wife; daughters, Phyllis and her husband Dale Pohlman, of Chino Valley, Ariz., and Karen and her husband William Blayle, of Emmaus; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by twin daughters, Lois and Louise in 1948; sister, Dorothy Kuehn and brothers, Russel and Walter.
