Wednesday, Feb. 18: Elem.: Pasta with meat or marinara sauce or chicken tenders and whole grain roll, Caesar salad, wheat dinner roll, chilled or fresh fruit, cereal meal. M.S.: Taco bar or chicken quesadilla, rice, green beans, fruit, juice. H.S.: Popcorn shrimp or cheese calzone, salad, mixed vegetables.
Thursday, Feb. 19: Elem.: Beef or bean taco supreme or chicken tenders and whole grain roll, brown rice and beans, steamed broccoli, chilled peaches or fresh fruit, cereal meal.
