Joyce Elaine (Keller) Musselman, 85, died Feb. 3, 2015. She was the wife of the late Reuel H. (Bud) Musselman who died Sept. 21, 2001. They were married for 53 years. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Helen V. (Brey) Keller.
She graduated from Emmaus High School, Class of 1947. She worked with her husband at WSAN Radio and was a well-known personality, Sandee Scott. As Sandee Scott she did interviews, participated in community events and was the hostess of the program "Dialing for Dollars."
She was a member of the Soroptimist Club of Allentown.
She developed a love and concern for missionaries, that they would be prayed for and she edited a missionary prayer calendar for 36 years, which the Board of Missions printed for the Bible Fellowship Conference of Churches. She also had a ministry of writing to missionaries and shut-ins. She was a member of Bethel Bible Fellowship where she was a Sunday School teacher and then a member of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church.
She is survived by a son, Reuel H. (Rick), Jr. and wife Susan, of Allentown; daughter, Dr. Robin, of Fogelsville; grandchildren, Richard (Ricky), Kara and Georgiana; brother, Charles A. Keller and his wife Allene, of Utah; sisters, Nancy L. Bechtel, of Whitehall and Rebecca and her husband George Spieker, of Catasauqua; nieces and nephews.
Contributions may be made to the Board of Missions, 1011 Brookside Road, Suite 145, Allentown, 18106 to benefit the Tanzania Project.
Arrangements were made by the Trexler Funeral Home, Allentown.
