Genoveffa C. Thomas, 98, of Green Acres, Fla., and formerly of Catasauqua, died Jan. 28, 2015, in her residence. She was the wife of the late James P. Thomas.

Born in Haywood, W.V., she was a daughter of the late Gaetano and Carmella (Saccone) Cerullo.

She is survived by five children, Linda T. Colgan of Wycoff, N.J.; James P of Holladay of Utah; Telene T. Jacobs of Lake Worth, Fla., and Debra T. Ballard of Draper, Utah; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four siblings, Yokanda, Mary, Sylvia and Emerick.

There will be a calling hour from 7-9 p.m. Feb. 6 at the funeral home, 234 Walnut St., Catasauqua. There will be a service at 11 a.m. Feb. 7 at Salem United Church of Christ, 615 Third St., Catasauqua, 18032.
