Civil War Round Table of Eastern Pennsylvania Inc. will host the Rev. Monsignor James J. Mulligan, author and scholar for a discussion "Learning History through Fiction: The Bloodiest Day" Feb. 3 at Day's Hotel Allentown Airport, 3400 Airport Road, Allentown.

Dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. Program at 7:30 p.m.
