Christopher A. Loyko, 22 of Whitehall, died Jan. 11, 2015, at the PPL Center, Allentown.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Anthony and Alison (Ritter) Loyko of Whitehall.

He was a 2011 graduate of Whitehall High School. He was a Lehigh Career & Technical Institute graduate.

He worked in operations/ice crew for Global Spectrum at the PPL Center, Allentown, since its opening.

He was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Whitehall.

He played recreational ice and roller hockey.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Matthew P. and Adam P. Loyko; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Lorraine Ritter; great-grandmother, Nana Irene Ritter; an uncle, Tommy and his wife Denise Ritter; and four cousins, Jessica, Thomas, Timothy, and Jennifer all of Whitehall.

He was predeceased by a maternal great-grandmother, Jean Newhart; and a paternal great-grandfather, Alfred Ritter.
