Paul E. Eberwein, 87, of Emmaus, died Jan. 13, 2015, in Emmaus Village. He was the husband of Maggie (Beers) Eberwein. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Edgar R. and Helen (Bortz) Eberwein.

He worked as an electrician for Exide Battery for 30 years, retiring in 1982. After retirement, he drove school bus for 20 years.

He was a member of Emmaus VFW and was a volunteer fireman.

He honorably served his country in the Navy during World War II.

He is survived by his wife; children, Paulette Bundra, of Emmaus, Renee L., of Wescosville, Keith and his wife Sandra, of Allentown, and Alan, of Selma, Ala.; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
