Colette E. Semler, 74, of Northampton; died Dec. 14, 2014, at ManorCare, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Raymond Semler.

Born in Cementon, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Sophia (Piervallo) Bankos.

She was a 1958 graduate of Northampton High School.

She worked for the former Modern Slack for 28 years until she retired in 1986.

She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, where she was a member of the choir, breakfast club and the picnic committee.

She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia and her husband John Keglovits of Whitehall; a son, Timothy J. and his wife Monica of Northampton; a daughter, Denise Stumpf of Blandon; five grandchildren; Kayla, Kelly, Nathan, Aaron and Aubrie; a great-grandson, Kaiden; and an expected great-granddaughter; a brother, Dennis Bankos and his wife Janice of Whitehall; sisters-in-law; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Deacon Stephen, Deacon Gregory and Jerome Bankos.
