Regina A. Costa, 84, died peacefully at home Dec. 26, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late William and Anne (Macauley) McCormick. She grew up in Mahanoy City and graduated from Mahanoy City High School.

She moved to Allentown and became a member of the choir of St. Catherine of Siena. In later years, she moved to Emmaus where she became a member of St. Ann Catholic Church.

She liked to travel but reading and spending time with family and friends brought her the most pleasure.

She is survived by daughters, Regina and her husband Monty Montgomery, of Fleetwood, Maria and her husband Greg Brittenburg, of Zionsville, Carol and her husband Alan Norman, of Florida, and sons, Thomas and his wife Karen, of Allentown, Samuel and his wife Kim, of Orwigsburg; sister, Anne Thompson; 11 grandchildren.
