Frederic Abeloff, 83, formerly of Macungie, died Dec. 19, 2014, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. He was the husband of the late May M. (Moss) Abeloff. Born in Ashland, he was the son of the late Charles and Ruth (Janowitz) Abeloff.

He was an IT manager and system analyst at Surefit Company, Bethlehem, from 1959 until retiring in 1995.

He was a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in business administration.

He is survived by a son, Victor G., of Breinigsville and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Maxine Wachsman.
