Thomas H. Diehl, 92, of Emmaus, died Dec. 16, 2014, at Emmaus Village. He was the husband of the late Lorraine B. (Laurent) Diehl and companion of Helen Moyer, of Limeport. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Ralph and Gertrude Diehl.
He and his wife owned and operated Violet's Horseradish stand at the Allentown Farmer's Market from 1984 to 1991. Prior, he was a finish carpenter for various companies in the area.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his companion; sons, Ted and his wife Cynthia, of Lehighton; David, of Olibenhaim, Calif.; daughter, Barbara and her husband Hillard Malkemes, of Mountain Top; sister, Kathleen Argy, of Allentown; three grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Daniel.
