Marilyn C. Genovese, 71, of Macungie, formerly of Catasauqua, died Dec. 12, 2014. She was the wife of the late Ronald R. Genovese who died in 2008. Born in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of Beatrice (Stutsman) Fay, of Macungie and the late James Trocchio.

She worked as an assembler for 20 years for the former Durkee Foods of Bethlehem.

She was a member of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church, Catasauqua.

She is survived by her mother; son, Frank and his wife Jennifer, of Gilbertsville; brother, James Trocchio, of Catasauqua; sister, Carol Gilly, of Macungie; grandchildren, Casey, Alyssa, and Anthony; nephew James Trocchio.

Contributions may be made in her name to St. John Fisher Catholic Church c/o the funeral home.
