Carol Theresa Janes, 66, of Macungie, died peacefully in Cedarbrook-Fountain Hill Annex, Dec. 14, 2014. She was the wife of Frank G. Janes, of Walnutport. Born in Manhattan, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Edward and Carmela (Tortorella) Cataneo.

She was a member of St. Thomas More R.C. Church, Salisbury Township.

She is survived by her husband; daughter, Jennifer, of New York; sister, Jean and her husband Richard Silva, of Macungie.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the James Funeral Home and Cremation Service, P.C., Bethlehem.
