Richard M. Ringhoffer, Sr., 90, of Salisbury Township, died Dec. 15, 2014, at the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke's. He was the husband of Mary (Cogan) Ringhoffer for 65 years. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Katherine (Lukish) Ringhoffer.
He served his country honorably with the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean War.
He was an estimator for Lehigh Structural Steel for 35 years before retiring.
He was an active member of St. Ursula Catholic Church as an altar server, lecturer and also with the Holy Name Society.
He was co-founder of Fountain Hill Little League in 1955.
He is survived by his wife; sons, Robert J., Richard M., Jr. and his wife Nancy, all of Salisbury Township.; granddaughter, Kimberly; granddog, Sparky.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Dec. 17 at St. Ursula Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill. The family will receive friends 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill.
