James P. Muehlberger, 92, of Walnutport, died Nov. 24, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Edward and Mildred (Malone) Muehlberger.

He was in the U.S. Army for 21 years.

After his retirement, he was a courier and security guard for Wells Fargo.

He is survived by a son, James of Tennessee; a daughter, Amanda Patrick of Seattle, Wash.; companion, Margaret Dergosits of Walnutport; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
