James B. Metzgar, 57, of Walnutport and formerly of Piketon, Ohio, died Nov. 25, 2014, in the Inpatient Unit, Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Born in Hackettstown, N.J., he was a son of Norman D. Metzgar of Beaver, Ohio, and the late Eleanor K. (Decker) Metzgar.

He was a truck driver.

In addition to his father, he is survived by three sons, Bradley and Joshua of Roanoke, Va., and Lucas of Piketon; a sister, Gertrude P. Schwartz of Walnutport; and a granddaughter.
