Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Kreidersville, will hold a penny party on Friday, Nov. 28, 5 p.m.
Doors open at 4 p.m., with food available to purchase.
There will be over 400 items that will appeal to young and old alike. In addition to grocery products, participants will see cleaning supplies, decorative items, toys and craft materials on the penny party trays.
A basket raffle will also be held.
Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the penny party.

The Allen Township and East Allen Township municipal offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27 and 28, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Governor Wolf Historical Society will hold its 34th annual Christmas house tour of historic homes and landmarks on Saturday, Dec. 6, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
In addition to six 100-year-old-plus homes on the tour, God's Missionary Church, near the Horner Cemetery, will be featured.
The cemetery dates to 1745. Among the homes on the tour are a 1730s-'40s log home (with additions), a 1787 home built by Hugh Horner and an 1840 farmhouse.
Four of the homes are in the Schnecksville area.
The society is planning to have bus transportation available.
The three buildings on the society's campus, 6600 Jacksonville Road, East Allen Township, will again be open for the tour, with a total of 15 crafters in all three buildings, a fresh wreath and swag sale, hearth cooking demonstration and tastings, and more.
The Daily Grind Café will be open in the Monocacy School from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tickets are on sale Nov. 17 at Bath Drug, S. Seem Antiques and Artisans, Curt's Cyclery and Miller Supply Ace Hard-ware.Tickets are available the day of the tour at the society campus.
