Audrey J. Wendling

Audrey J. (DeWalt) Wendling, 78, of Macungie, died Nov. 11, 2014, at home, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Donald J. Wendling. Born in Summit Lawn, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Iva (Barr) DeWalt.

She worked as an administrative assistant for Salem Bible Church and was a homemaker. She was a lifetime member of Salem Bible Church.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Darryl J. and his wife Ann, of Macungie, Duane D. and his wife Lyn, of Kutztown, Douglas E. and his wife Kristen, of Walnutport and Darrin A. and his wife Marla, of Walnutport; daughters, Ardyth A. and her husband Kent Yorgey, of Macungie, and Angela E. and her husband Robert Piacine, of Sellersville; brothers, Theodore DeWalt, of Elverson, David DeWalt, of Zionsville, and Daniel DeWalt, of Londonderry, N.H.; sister, Ruth Ann Confer, of Emmaus; grandchildren, Travis Yorgey and his wife Sarah, Nicole and her husband Gaston DiBello, Joseph and Aubrey Piacine, Aurey and her husband Nate Amato, Alex, Alicia, Austin, Ethan, Caleb, Seth, Josiah, Zachary and Eliza; 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Donald DeWalt; grandson, Benjamin Yorgey.
