Wayne A. Solt, 64, of Catasauqua, died Nov. 5, 2014, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Margaret M. (Janowiak) Solt for 18 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Harold G. and Catherine (Dugan) Solt.

He worked in the food service department of Lehigh Valley Hospital for 45 years until retiring last year.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two brothers, William and his wife Charlotte of Toms River, N.J., and Ron Bird of Slatington; a sister, Helen and her husband Robert Wotring; mother-in-law, Elizabeth, wife of the late Joseph Janowiak Sr.; two sisters-in-law, Anna Janowiak, and Melissa and her husband William Scherr, all of Whitehall; a brother-in-law, Joseph Jr. and his wife Stacey Janowiak of Germansville; a sister-in-law, Carol Solt of Northampton; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Harold; and a sister, Lana.
