Rose I. Bodisch, 96, of Whitehall and formerly of Coplay, died Oct. 17, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Walter M. Bodisch.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Adolph and Genevieve (Yost) Sommers.

She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay, and of its Altar and Rosary Society.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis and his wife Sandy of Coplay, and Donald A., with whom she resided; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by nine brothers.
