Theresa E. Shively, 33, of Northampton, died Oct. 7, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem, after being stricken at home. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of David P. Shively of Orefield and Elisabeth K. (Wyland) Shively of Northampton. She was the fiancee of John A. Bundra, with whom she resided.

She worked in the customer service department, Cigars International, south Bethlehem.

She was a member of Lappawinzo Fish and Game Protective Association, Allen Township.

In addition to her paresnts and fiancee, she is survived by her paternal grandmother, Dorothy M. (Mindock) Shively of Hellertown; maternal grandparents, David C. and his wife Katherine M. (Mosner) Wyland of Greenville, S.C.; two sisters, Valerie A. and her fiancee Craig L. Mahlman of Bethlehem and Christina M. of Fort Lewis, Wash.; stepmother, Diane (Smith) Shively of Orefield; stepfather, John Moyer Jr. of Northampton; three stepchildren, Jessica Bundra of Philadelphia and Shannon and William Bundra of Catasauqua; three stepsisters, Danielle and Kimberley Tackash of Bethlehem and Valerie K. Moyer of Quakertown; a stepbrother, Kenneth Tackash of Bethlehem; an aunt, Kathy Wyland and wife Kara Reimer of Savannah, Ga.; and an uncle, Robert and his wife Maureen Wyland of Santa Cruz, Calif.
