Earnest (Ernie) Lee Miller, 67, of Northampton, died Oct. 2, 2014, in his home.

Born in Greenwich, he was a son of the late Paul and Harriet (Arndt) Miller.

He was a 1964 graduate of Kutztown High School. He completed four years of technical school.

He was in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam era and was awarded a Purple Heart.

He was a service technician for Pickering /Phillips for 30 years.

He was a member of Ptarmigan and Blue Ridge ski clubs.

He is survived by two daughters, JoEllen and her husband Jason Windsor of Grovetown, Ga., and Jessica and her husband Geoffrey Percoski of Kingston; five grandchildren, Zackary, Nathan, Grant, Owen and Luke; his partner, Kathryn Seufert of Whitehall; and five siblings, Ruth Angstadt, Shirley Kressley, Donald Miller, Mildred Krause and Larry Miller.

He was predeceased by three siblings, Wayne, Carl and Patricia Miller.

There will be a service from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Egypt V.F.W. Post 7293, 5209 Springmill Road, Whitehall, 18052.
