Deirdre Fabry, 75, of Macungie, died peacefully surrounded by her family Sept. 22, 2014, in the Lehigh Valley Hospice Inpatient unit, Allentown. Born in Cudworth, England, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Thomas Quigley and Eleanor (Blachford) Quigley.

She was a loving mother and nanny who was devoted to her family especially her grandchildren who were her greatest joys in life.

She enjoyed a long career at Sacred Heart Hospital with over 30 years in the Pathology Department where she made lifelong friends.

She is survived by a brother; son, Peter, of Breinigsville; daughter, Louise Egge, of Breinigsville; three grandchildren; Caitlin Egge, of Abingdon, Md., Ashley, of Slatington and Jordan Egge, of Breinigsville.
