Thursday, Oct. 2: Elem.: Chicken fajita and cheddar cheese wrap or hot dog on whole grain, oven-baked fries, mixed vegetables, diced peaches, cereal meal. M.S.: Stromboli or cheese calzone, baked snack, sweet corn, fruit, juice. H.S.: Whole grain popcorn chicken or cheese calzone, tossed salad, sweet peas, fruit or sorbet.
Friday, Oct. 3: Elem.: Pizza wedge or hot dog on whole grain roll, Scooby Graham Snacks, sweet peas, chilled or fresh fruit, cereal meal. M.S.: Big Daddy pizza or Buffalo chicken cheese steak, tomato soup, vegetarian beans, fruit, juice. H.S.: Baked ziti or spicy chicken sandwich, spinach mix salad, steamed broccoli, fruits or sorbet.
