Keith D. Kidd, 64, of Emmaus, died peacefully Sept. 20, 2014, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Gwendolyn K. (Reinbold) Kidd for 43 years in May. He was a son of the late Richard and Dorothy (Toth) Kidd.
He worked at Bethlehem Steel for 30 years, primarily as a crane operator, but did other various jobs as well.
He was a race car driver at Dorney Park, Grandview Speedway, and Mahoning Valley Speedway.
He is survived by his wife; daughters, Dawn and Dana, both of Emmaus, son-in-law, Stacy Fritch, of New Smithsville; sister, Dorothy and her husband Thomas Miller, of Whitehall; brothers, Larry, Richard and his wife Joanne and Kenneth, all of Allentown; grandson, Darren J. Fritch and one on the way; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Deana Fritch this past January.
Contributions may be made to the funeral home, Box 52, Fogelsville, 18051 to help defray funeral expenses.
A visitation will take place 3 to 5 p.m. Sept. 24 at the Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church St., Fogelsville. There will be no service.
