Paolo Geremia, 85, of Northampton, died Sept. 8, 2014, in his home. He was the husband of Rosaria (Guarino) Geremia for 51 years.

Born in Italy, he was a son of the late Paolo and Calogera (Grisafi) Geremia.

He was the owner and operator of the former Carini's Restaurant, Northampton.

He was a member of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Maria and her husband Salvatore Martuscelli of Whitehall; a son, Joseph and his wife Lauren of Northampton; six grandchildren; and a brother, Joseph Geremia of New York.
