Diane M. Holubowski, 64, of Bethlehem and formerly of Slatington, died Spet. 6, 2014, at ManorCare Health Services, Bethlehem.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Joseph M. and Jeanette E. (Fillman) Holubowski.

She is survived by three sisters, Barbara Morrow, Jane Miller and Pauline Holubowski; and four brothers, Richard, David, Daniel and Paul Holubowski.

She was predeceased by three siblings, Joanne, Ronald and Joseph Holubowski.

There will be a calling hour from 10-11 a.m., followed by the 11 a.m. funeral services, both Sept. 11 at the funeral home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, 18067.
