Julia C. Dinbokowitz, 88, of Whitehall, died July 26, 2014. Born in Stiles, she was a daughter of the late Josephine (Zimmerman) and John Spanitz. She was the wife of the late William P. Dinbokowitz Sr. for 67 years.

She was a former employee of the Coplay Cigar Company. She was vice president of Dinbokowitz Marine, Whitehall.

She was a member of the former St. Lawrence the Martyr Church, Catasauqua.

She is survived by 10 children; William Jr. and his wife Joan of Whitehall, John and his wife Ellen of Peoria, Ariz., Linda and her husband Robert Williams of Allentown, Joan and Donna of Whitehall, Joseph and Robert of Whitehall, Thomas and his wife Mary of Whitehall, Jeanette and her husband John Smith of Nazareth, and Wendy and her husband David Irvine of Branchburg, N.J.; 18 grandchildren, Cindy, William, James, John Jr., Troy, Robert, Donnie, Kimberlee, Brian, Joseph Jr., Catherine, Rachel, Thomas Jr., St. John, Julia, Dylan, Carys and Nicholas; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Elizabeth (Betty) Good and Josephine (Tootsie) Spaits.
