Rose M. Dolak, 89, of Bethlehem, died July 21, 2014. Born in Sugar Notch, she was a daughter of the late James and Mary (Good) Reilly. She was the wife of the late Stephen J. Dolak for 60 years.

She was a head cook in the Bethlehem Area School District for 25 years. She cooked for the Sisters of St. Joseph at Bethlehem Catholic HS and at several summer camps.

She was a parishioner of St. John Capistrano and, more recently, of St. Paul Catholic Church, Allentown.

She is survived by three sons, James and his wife Rachel Moriarity of Fort Collins, Colo., Stephen J. Jr. and his wife Donna, and Joseph and his wife Chris, all of Bethlehem Township.; two daughters, Sister Eileen, Sisters of St. Joseph, Chestnut Hill; and Nancy and her husband Ed Spadt of Allentown; a sister, Marie O'Connors of Bethlehem; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son, Michael; a daughter, Kathy Tarakai; two brothers; and two sisters.
