Coplay Column
A few Coplay residents last week were curious about the crane towering high in the sky over the Coplay Municipal Building for most of the week.

Vehicle traffic has become a challenge in the borough.
It appears roads are being closed throughout town due to construction of the new Hokendauqua-North Catasauqua Bridge and new gas lines being installed by a company retained by UGI.
A GPS may be in order for motorists to navigate through the borough.

Rumors now must be put to rest regarding the borough being responsible for restoring streets where trenches were dug for new gas lines.
Yet, the story remains the borough may have to apply for a loan because it does not have the finances to repair the streets.
