Jamie Hafner and Tracy Gruber were instrumental in placing trees at the end of the hallway in the fifth grade wing at Weisenberg Elementary School.

"The trees were placed at the end of the hallway to spruce things up a bit," Gruber said.

The fifth grade teachers decorated the large window with trees this past winter to "create a beautiful visual for students and staff to enjoy when they are in the fifth grade section of the building."

It is a peaceful, picturesque moment people are able to experience in the busy and stimulating school day.

"This is an opportunity for people to take in the beauty of our surroundings" Gruber said. "Each year, we have students create symmetrical paper snowflakes.

"These snowflakes, that are unique and one-of-a- kind like our students, are displayed on the window to enhance the backdrop."
