Velma V. Hall, 92, died April 2, 2014, in the Phoebe Home, Allentown. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Fliszar) Verban. She was the wife of the late Elwood Hall for 53 years.
She worked in the former Bethlehem Steel library. She then was a secretary for St. John's Windish Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, for 40 years where she was a member of the choir and ladies missionary group.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Whitehall.
She is survivied by a daughter, Mary Jane and her husband Martin Jacoby of Allentown; and a nephew, John Roths of College Station, Texas.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Louis and John Verban Jr.
