Street sign knocked down

Coplay police March 3 responded to a report of a street sign knocked down in the 200 block of Keefer Street.

Police said the sign was likely struck by a vehicle.

Report of theft

Police were called to the unit block of North Second Street March 21 on a report of a theft.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.

Fire alarm

A report of a fire alarm brought police March 20 to 257 South Second Street.

On arrival, police were informed the alarm was set off by burnt eggs.

The borough fire department responded and declared the area all secure.
