Ellis E. Frable Jr., 87, of Bethlehem, died March 2, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson Campus. He was the husband of the late Hazel (DeWalt) Frable. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Ellis and Edith (Hartzell) Frable.

He was a 1944 graduate of Nazareth HS.

He worked for the Lehigh Valley Dairy for more than 40 years, retiring in 1989.

He was an active member of St. Thomas U.C.C., Bethlehem.

He and his brother Harold delivered Meals on Wheels for more than 10 years until he retired in 2013.

He is survived by a daughter, Beverly and Lori Brill, her partner of 29 years, of Tampa, Fla.; a brother, Harold Frable; two sisters-in-law, Arlene Haas and Leah DeWalt; and many family members.
