DEANS LISTS

Central Penn College

Two Bethlehem students have been named to the Central Penn College Dean's List for the summer 2013 and for the fall 2013 terms. Daphne Gombosi, an Accounting major, and Melissa Sebring, a Business Administration major, qualified by carrying six or more credits and earning a grade-point average of 3.5 or better for the term.

Also named for the fall 2013 term is Bethlehem resident Jasmine Robinson.

Clarkson University

Samantha L. Barrett of Bethlehem, a sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2013 semester at Clarkson University. Dean's List students must achieve a minimum 3.25 grade-point average and carry at least 14 credit hours.

Clemson University

Brian Peterson of Bethlehem, a Pre-Business major, has been named to the President's List at Clemson University for the fall 2013 semester.To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a 4.0 (all As) grade-point average.

Cornell University

Two Bethlehem residents, Alexis Ferguson and Abhinav Rangarajan, have been named to the Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences' Dean's List for Fall Semester 2013.

Keystone College

John A. Mahan, of Bethlehem, was named to the Keystone College Dean's List for the 2013 fall semester. Full-time students who complete 12 credits and achieve a grade point average of 3.70-3.99 are named to the dean's list.

Marist College

Shalyn Baum and Daniel Nesfeder of Bethlehem have been named to the Marist College Dean's List for the fall 2013 semester.

Rensselaer Polytechnic

Several Bethlehem residents were named to the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Dean's List for the Fall 2013 semester. The students maintained grade-point averages of a minimum of 3.0 out of a possible 4.0 and have no grades below "C." The sutdents and their majors are Kevin Gallagher, Chemical Engineering; Matthew McGivern, Business and Management; Ryan Muhl, Architecture; and Eric Zhang, Computer Science.

Rochester Institute of Technology

Four Betlhehem residentswere named to the Dean's List for Fall 2013 semester at Rochester Institute of Technology: The students and their focus are Jacob Claudio, chemical engineering, Kate Gleason College of Engineering; Danielle Labelle, mechanical engineering, Kate Gleason College of Engineering; Colleen McNally, illustration, Imaging Arts and Sciences; and Kevin Meehan, computer engineering, Kate Gleason College of Engineering.

Uundergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their quarterly GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

St. Lawrence College

Drew M. Parton of Bethlehem, a senior Psychology major, has been included on the Dean's List for academic achievement for the fall 2013 semester at St. Lawrence University. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must have completed at least four semester units and have an academic average of 3.6 based on a 4.0 scale for the semester.

TCNJ

Bethlehem resident Samantha Nader, a senior English major, has has been placed on the Dean's List at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) for the 2013 Fall semester. To achieve this honor, a student must carry 12 or more credits that semester and have a 3.5 grade point average or above.

University of Delaware

Several Bethlehem residents have been named to the University of Delaware's Dean's List for the 2013 fall semester. The students are Mary Beltrami, Andie Breslin, Hannah Brown, Mario Carranza, Cole Clark, Alexander Delluva, Allison Dobias, Tyler Dolgos, Allison Gable, Lauren Kane, Kelley Koplin, Rachel Ledyard, Melissa Lee, Kerry Lynn Regan, Christopher Shaffer and Meagan Walsh .

To meet eligibility requirements for the Dean's List, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of 3.33 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the semester.

University of Hartford

Colin Worrich and Ashley Wodzicki of Bethlehem were named to theUniversity of Hartford Dean's List for Fall 2013. Students who began their studies before Fall 2012 must earn at least a 3.4 grade point average to qualify. Those who entered the university after Fall 2012 must earn a grade point average of 3.5. Named to the list are Christopher Howell, a senior majoring in Philosophy, Gianfranco Lentini, a junior majoring in English, and Julia Skrobak, a senior majoring in Journalism.

University of New Haven

Bethlehem residents Joseph Erceg, Jaquelyn Perez and Chelsea Ritter were named to the Dean's List at the University of New Haven for the fall 2013 semester. Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the Dean's List.

University of Pittsburg at Bradford

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford has named Bethlehem residents Kimberly Brown, a junior in Sports Medicine, and Yilong Wang, a freshman in Economics, to the fall 2013 Dean's list. To make the list, sutdents must have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

University of Rhode Island

The University of Rhode Island has named Bethlehem residents Samuel Poli, Alexander Poli and Rebecca Tenaglia to the Fall 2013 Dean's List. To be included on the Dean's List, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.30 quality point average.

Widener University School of Law

The Widener University School of Law has named Aaron Thieme of Bethlehem to the fall 2013 dean's list of students. Students named to the list earned a grade point average in the top 20 percent of their class and division for the semester.

Wake Forest University

Jiongqing Yao, of Bethlehem, was named to Fall 2013 Dean's List at Wake Forest University. Students who achieve a 3.4 and no grade below a C were named to the list.
