A magic and illusion show with Tom Yurasits 10 a.m. at the Lower Macungie Township Community Center, 3450 Brookside Road.

The Young Musicians of the Allentown Music Club will perform at Jacobs Music Center Store 4 p.m. This will be a general recital and any child age five to 18 who wishes to showcase his or her musical talents on an instrument and/or voice is encouraged to come. Feb. 19
The Emmaus Historical Society program is "The 1959 Emmaus Centennial," Part 1, held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 7 p.m. The kickoff dinner, the opening ceremonies and exhibits, The Queen's Ball and The Time Capsule are major events to be shared in this, the first program on the centennial celebration.
The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts will hold an open house. Tours begin 6 p.m; program begins 6:30 p.m. Reservations are not required. Feb. 20
Starting/boosting beehives in early spring is the topic of the Lehigh Valley Beekeepers Association 7 p.m. at the Seipstown Grange, 8501 Claussville Road, Fogelsville. There will also be a beekeepers new and used hardware swap at the beginning of the meeting. Meetings are free and open to the public. March 4
Lehigh Carbon Community College will host a transfer fair for students, alumni and the public 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Community Services Center at its main campus in Schnecksville. Representatives from various colleges and universities will be on hand to answer questions about transferring from LCCC to a four-year school. Sponsored by the Advising and Transfer Center and LCCC's Phi Theta Kappa chapter, the event is free and open to the public.
