Penn State Extension is offering a program on grant writing for groups and non-profit organizations seeking financial support for a project.
The class will be from 9 a.m.-noon Feb. 13 at the Lehigh County Ag Center, 4184 Dorney Park Road, South Whitehall.
The three-hour program addresses how to work effectively with foundations, components of an effective proposal, evaluation strategies, and how a grant proposal is reviewed. The program will conclude with a panel presentation of representatives from local foundations and a freelance grant writer.
Registration deadline is Feb. 10.
