Whitehall Township Commissioner Gerard Palagonia holds a $51,497.01 cardboard check at the Jan. 13 commissioners' meeting. Lehigh County reimbursed the township for the cost of paving a portion of Gallagher Road and for the expansion of Jordan Greenway. Initially, Trexler Trust was to have reimbursed the township.
