Barbara A. Kilpatrick, church secretary

Barbara A. Kilpatrick, 84, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 19, 2014, while in the care of the Rabold Center of Kirkland Village, Bethlehem. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Clyde J. and Gladys (Cyphers) Siegfried. She was the wife of William "Bill" H. Kilpatrick for 62 years.

She was a graduate of Liberty HS and Moravian College.

She was a secretary at the First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem for 19 years. She was more recently a marketing representative for Kirkland Village for seven years.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, where she was a former deacon and choir member.

She was a past president of the Presbyterian Women's Association. She was a former member of the Lehigh Valley Junior League and a St. Luke's volunteer.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Laurence A. and his wife Annette of Harrisburg, Jeffrey W. and his wife Jacquelyn of Royal Oaks, Calif. and Douglas J. of Bethlehem; two sisters, Shirley and her late husband John Donohue of San Antonio, Texas, and Joyce and her husband Frank Garner of Casselberry, Fla.; two grandsons, Matthew and Jason Kilpatrick; and a great-grandson, Kyle T. Kilpatrick.
