Daniel Costa Sr., 38, of Fountain Hill, died Jan. 12, 2014, at St.Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of Soledade (Amaral) and Jose A. Costa of Fountain Hill.

He was a graduate of Liberty High School.

He was a foreman for Lehigh Valley Association of Rehabilitation Centers (LARC).

He was a member of the Portuguese American Club and the Fountain Hill Republican Club.

He is survived by a son, Daniel Jr. of S.C.; a daughter, Graci Costa of S.C.; a step-daughter, Kali of S.C.; a grandmother, Maria DaCosta of Bethlehem; and many aunts, uncles and cousins in the U.S. and Portugal.
