Mary M. Bauer, 94, of Coplay, died Jan.1, 2014, at home. She was the wife of the late Charles F. Bauer for 67 years.

Born in Cementon, she was a daughter of the late George and Julia (Peckar) Molassa.

She was a loom operator for the former Cross Country Clothes and Lova Silk Mill.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Whitehall.

She was a member of the Third Order of Franciscans, Easton.

She is survived by son Charles J. and his wife Maria of Whitehall; daughter Mary A. Hobel of South Carolina; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
