Daniel D. Reichenbach Sr., 79, of Salisbury Township, died Jan. 3, 2014, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Mary Lou (Denelsbeck) Reichenbach. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this May. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Arthur D. and Grace M. (Joyce) Reichenbach.
He was the president of W.S. Reichenbach and Sons, retiring in 2000.
He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown.
He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He was the past president of the Lehigh Valley Oil Dealers Association and was responsible for the establishment of the oil burner school in the Lehigh Valley. He served on the advisory board of the Lehigh County Vo-tech. He was a past board member of the Joint Council of the YM/YWCA. He was a past president of the Allentown North East Kiwanis Club.
He loved boating and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife; sons, William S. and his wife Kathy, of Nesquehoning; son, Daniel D. and his wife Michelle, of Allentown; grandchildren, Amanda, Will, J.D., Daniel III, Brendan and Jack. He was predeceased by a brother William.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11 a.m. Jan. 8 in the St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Ave., Allentown. Call 10 to 11 a.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the Stephens Funeral Home Inc., Allentown.
