Karen Knecht, director of education and exhibits at Da Vinci Science Center, Allenotwn, will give a presentation 7 p.m. Jan. 6 in the high school auditorium.

She will be speaking about "Flying Cars," the Science, Engineering, Technology and Mathematics Program and how to prepare for it. The event if free and open to the public.

Northwestern Lehigh libraries are teaming up for a Barnes and Noble Book Fair 6-8 p.m. on Jan. 11 at the Lehigh Valley Mall.

There will be special activities for the students, performances and guest readers. A percentage of purchases made will benefit the school libraries.

There will be a middle school PTO meeting 9:30 a.m. Jan. 10. Snow date is 9:30 a.m. Jan. 24.
