A large Catasauqua class reunion will take place Saturday, July 5, 2014, in conjunction with the J4 festivities.

J4 begins at 9 a.m. with a parade and ends at night with fireworks. The reunion will take place noon- 3 p.m. at the North Catasauqua Park.

All Catasauqua High School classes are invited.

An application was sent to the Guinness Book of World Records in an attempt to surpass the 3,299 record of attendance.

The reunion is also open to those who attended CHS and later moved, those who resided in Catasauqua and went to Central Catholic or other schools, along with past and present teachers and staff.

Class reunion committees will be contacting all graduates. It is important to RSVP through them to help manage the planning of the event.
