Joanna B. Mondschein, 92, of Coplay, died Dec. 11 in Sacred Heart Senior Living, Northampton. She was married to the late Joseph F. Mondschein for 40 years.
Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Zanko) Sutjak.
She was a clerk for Mack Trucks for 21 years. Previously, she was employed by Western Electric and American Airlines.
She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay, and its choir and Altar and Rosary Society.
She was a member of the Coplay Saengerbund Chorus and the Coplay Senior Citizens and served as the past president of the Coplay Sports Auxiliary and as a den mother for Cub Scout Pack 52.
She is survived by son, Richard and his wife Christina of Whitehall, Robert and his wife Donna of Northampton and John and his wife Lynette of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Ashley, Stefanie, Lindsay, Steven, Matthew, Ryan, Joel, Jonathan, Paul and Magdalena; and a brother, Joseph Sutjak of Allentown.
She was predeceased by siblings John, Rose and Anna.
